QR does not scan

QR does not scan. The QR does not scan on the back of the shirt. I told the company they ask for a picture and proceeded to tell me they code scanned just fine for them I needed to make sure "all the wrinkles were out" . I have done that 10 people have tried to scan the code even with me holding it so it is wrinkle free. STILL NO SCAN! I feel like the prank is on me, I pretty much spent all that money on a black tee with a big white square on the back.

I bought 2 of these and one of them I couldn't get the glue from the activation sticker off of it. It was like it was baked on and into the shirt so out of two I got 1 good shirt so I'm a bit disappointed that the glue won't wash off
