Is there anyone who actually works at Pete’s???

I had an issue with my purchase. I reached out to them through the Instagram return process stated I didn’t really want to return. I just wanted help with my product. I got one email response telling me to submit some information back to them which I did immediately. that was well over two weeks ago. Point is do not waste your time buying anything from here because once you send your money I’ll contact is completely ended. I don’t know how people operate like this. It’s crazy don’t buy from them.Period.
